Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) is sold alongside a wide range of financial products, such as mortgages, loans, credit cards, store cards and single product purchases such as furniture. The policies cover repayments in the event that you are unable to make your payments because of redundancy or inability to work due to illness or injury.
The policies are often added to the loan and can add thousands of pounds to your costs over the life of the loan. Many of these policies have been incorrectly sold and not explained properly, which means that we may be able to recover the full cost you have paid plus any interest. You’d be surprised how many policies you may have or had.
We can help you recover these fees from the lender even if the PPI insurance policy or loan has now been paid or cancelled. All you need to do is give us the details of your PPI (including the provider) and we will do all the paper work and legalities for you.
What Does it Cost?
Unlike unenforceable loan work, we do not charge an initial fee. We charge a ‘no win no charge’ success fee only, based on the refund from the provider we achieve for you. This fee is usually 25% of what we get back for you. This means that you share some of the money we get back for you and will never have to pay anything unless we are successful.
