Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) is sold alongside a wide range of financial products, such as mortgages, loans, credit cards, store cards and single product purchases such as furniture. PPI policies cover repayments in the event that you are unable to make your payments because of redundancy or inability to work due to illness or injury.
PPI policies are often added to the loan and can add thousands of pounds to your costs over the life of the loan. Many of these PPI policies have been mis-sold and not explained properly, which means that we may be able to recover the full cost you have paid plus any interest. You’d be surprised how many PPI policies you may have or had.
We can help you recover these PPI fees from the lender even if the PPI insurance policy or loan has now been paid or cancelled. All you need to do is give us the details of your PPI (including the provider) and we will do all the paper work and legalities for you.
What Does it Cost?
We do not charge an initial fee and work on a ‘no success no charge’ basis. Our success fee is 25% (including VAT) of the total benefit we get back for you from the lender or insurer.
You will never have to pay unless our PPI claim on your behalf is successful.
Contact us for more details
Everyone who had taken out a PPI policy could qualify for a refund. It all depends on the circumstances surrounding the sale and the identity of the lender and/or insurer.
